Your corporate account is tied to most systems within the company, including your email, TimeTrex and your computer login. Because of this, it is important that you know and remember your credentials and protect them.
Employee accounts are personal and confidential to each employee. As such, please do NOT share your account information with anyone inside or outside of the corporation, unless directed to do so by the Executive Director, Assistant Executive Director, or your program director.Please be aware that while your e-mail may be private, it remains the property of Creative Alternatives and should primarily be used to conduct company business. Any official company correspondence, including direct deposit notice, benefit updates, etc. will be sent to this address. Please check it regularly.
For questions or concerns, please refer to the Electronic Communications Policy within the company handbook. Misuse of any corporate account, will result in disciplinary action, up to termination.
If you need assistance, please call the Communications and Information Services Department. Support hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
If you have lost or can not remember your account credentials, please contact the Communications and Information Services department directly. Please note, we can not give out your information to anyone other than the employee requesting help. We can not send your credentials to an outside email address.. Please do not have someone contact us on your behalf.
When you call, we will need to verify your identity. Please be prepared to tell us your whole name, the location at which you work and your employee ID, we may require additional information to verify your identity, this may include your direct supervisor, your home address and / or primary phone number. This is for your protection.
Please do not use the TimeTrex built in Password Reset utility. That feature only works if TimeTrex (the company) is doing user authentication. They are not. All TimeTrex authentication is passed to servers at our corporate offices.
